Model Penilaian Kinerja Rantai Pasok Produk Soft Drink Berbasis Balance Scorecard dan SCOR Terpadu

Permasalahan dalam mengintegrasikan BSC dan SCOR untuk menilai rantai pasok produk soft drink adalah formulasi Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dan penstrukturan KPI dalam perspektif BSC. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan BSC dan SCOT sebagai sebuah sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pasok soft drink. Batasan sistem rantai pasok yang dimodelkan meliputi pabrik pembotolan produk dan pengecer produk jadi. Perancangan penilaian kinerja rantai pasok dengan metode BSC dan SCOR. Penerapan perancangan model pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok produk soft drink berbasis BSC dan SCOR terpadu menemukan 23 KPI. Semua KPI ini dikelompokkan ke dalam empat perspektif yang berlaku pada BSC. Perancangan model penilaian kinerja terdiri dari dua level pengintegrasian, yaitu Metode BSC pada level 1 dan Model SCOR pada level 2. KPI yang menjadi prioritas dalam penilaian kinerja rantai pasok produk soft drink adalah R31 (Revenue Perusahaan), D21 (Biaya Transportasi dari Pemasok hingga ke DC), P31 (Akurasi Peramalan Permintaan), P21 (Level inventory di plant), dan S41 (Jumlah Produk Rusak karena Perjalanan dari supplier) yang memiiki bobot paling besar.
