Abstract

Setiap cabang olahraga memerlukan perencanaan yang matang dan terstruktur guna mencapai performansi maksimal. Keberhasilan seorang atlet sangat bergantung pada ketepatan pola dan metode pelatihan yang spesifik antar cabang olahraga. Hapkido, sebagai bela diri asal Korea yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia sejak 2014, membutuhkan studi akademis untuk memetakan standarisasi prioritas program kepelatihan menuju kompetisi nasional seperti PON. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun urutan proses pelatihan dan menentukan bobot faktor yang memengaruhi metode pelatihan atlet Hapkido menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Studi kasus dilakukan pada tim Hapkido Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan (pairwise comparison) kepada pelatih serta atlet berprestasi. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Super Decisions. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sub-faktor Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi sebesar 0.2187, yang menegaskan bahwa berat badan ideal adalah fondasi utama sebelum atlet memasuki program teknis. Pada aspek kinerja, faktor risiko Cedera (0.1201) dan Kesesuaian Latihan (0.0826) menjadi perhatian utama yang mengungguli aspek nutrisi dan mental. Sementara itu, pada aspek kebugaran fisik, kombinasi Daya Tahan dan Kekuatan (0.0807) serta Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi (0.0790) menjadi prioritas utama untuk mendukung teknik kuncian (soft) dan bantingan (hard). Di sisi lain, pemanfaatan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dengan bobot 0.0747 dinilai paling potensial dalam menunjang evaluasi latihan secara real-time. Temuan ini menghasilkan urutan proses pelatihan terstruktur yang baru, memberikan panduan objektif bagi pelatih untuk fokus pada kontrol IMT, pencegahan cedera, serta penguatan daya tahan untuk mendongkrak prestasi atlet secara efisien.
