Author Guideline
A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Authors should submit only manuscript that have been carefully proof read. The manuscript is a scientific paper from research results or conceptual ideas. Written in English. It is an original (no plagiarism), and has never been published in other media proven by Originality Statement.
B. WRITING RULES
1. The manuscript is written in Garamond (12Pt) with line spacing at 1.5. with a distance between columns of 0.8 cm, A4 paper size, top margin 3 cm, bottom 3 cm, left 3.5 cm, right 2 cm. The manuscript must contain at least 4,000 words, maximum 7,500 words and must not exceed 20 pages including embedded figures and tables and the file must be in Microsoft Office (.doc / .docx). Citation is done using footnotes. More details see journal template!
2. Systematics of scriptwriting research results include:
a. Title
The title must write in English, Capitalize Each Word, Bold, Garamond, Font 12, center, 1.0 space, Maximum Title Length 15 Words
b. Identity of Author
- Author's Name
- The author's name listed without title
- Affiliation
- E-mail, listed e-mail should be active because of the correspondence by e-mail
c. Abstract and Keywords
Written in English, containing the background of the problem, urgency or purpose of writing, research methods, and results. 1.0 space, consisting of a maximum 150 words, with Garamond font (10 Pt), space 1.0
Keywords: arrange word based on the first alphabet; separated by a semicolon (;) each word; consisting 3-5 keywords
d. Introduction
The introduction should be clear and provide the legal issue to be discussed in the manuscript. Before the objective, author should provide an adequate background, and very short literature survey in order to record existing solutions, to show in which is the best of previous researchers, to show what do you hope to achieve (to show the limitation), and to show the scientific merit or novelties of the manuscript. At the end, you should explain the urgency and clearly state aims of your study. e. Research Method
This method is written in descriptive and should provide a statement regarding the methodology of the research, include the type of research, research approach, a source of data and analysis method. The author should explain the mechanism to analyze the legal issue. This method as much as possible to give an idea to the reader through the method used, this method is optional, only for an original research article.
f. Results and Discussion
Results should be clear and concise. Discussion should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. More details see journal template!
g. Conclusion
The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section. The conclusion section should lead the reader to important matter of the manuscript.
Author should provide suggestion or recommendation related to the object which is analyze and to stimulate further research.

C. TERMS OF WRITING FOOTNOTE
Each citation must be included references by using footnotes. The footnote does not contain any explanation or description and contains footnote protected by Copyright as stipulated in Harvard Style concerning Copyright. Syntax references in the footnotes:
- Book
Author name, year of publication, book title (italic), edition, publisher, place of publication, page. Example:
Adji Samekto, 2005, Studi Hukum Kritis: Kritik terhadap Hukum Modern, PT. Citra Aditya Bakti: Bandung, p. 35.
- Jurnal
Author name, year of publication, title (italic), name of journal, publisher, Vol. … No. …, page. Example:

D. BIBLIOGRAPHY
The composition of the bibliography must be primary sources (80%) namely national/ international journals, theses, dissertations, and other sources (20%) can be books or other reference sources. Only references used as citations may be listed in the bibliography.
