Identifikasi dan Deskripsi Elemen Arsitektural pada Fasad Bangunan Masjid di Wilayah Turki Studi Kasus : Hagia Sophia, Yildirim Beyazit Külliye, dan Blue Mosque

Setelah jatuhnya Konstantinopel ke tangan sultan Mehmed II (Muhammad Al Fatih), perbaikan dan pembangunan kembali Konstantinopel dilakukan untuk mengembangkan wilayah tersebut menjadi wilayah yang makmur dibawah kekuasaan Turki Usmaniyah. Hal ini secara tidak langsung memberikan suatu ciri khas pada gaya arsitektur islam di masa tersebut, dimana desain di masa itu juga terinspirasi oleh gaya arsitektur yang dimiliki oleh Hagia Sophia. Beberapa bentuk bangunan di wilayah tersebut memiliki gaya arsitektur yang mirip dengan Hagia Sophia, namun dengan ciri khas arsitektur islam yang dimiliki oleh masing – masing masjid yang dibangun. Hal ini menjadikan bahasan yang menarik untuk diteliti, dimana tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk arsitektural yang diterapkan pada bangunan seperti masjid era Turki Usmaniyah yang terdapat di negara Turki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini berasal dari studi literatur dari berbagai jurnal dan beberapa artikel terkait serta pengamatan terhadap studi kasus yang diteliti. Hal ini bertujuan untuk dapat secara langsung mendeskripsikan bentuk – bentuk arsitektural yang dimiliki oleh bangunan studi kasus yang akan diteliti.References
