About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Jurnal Ilmiah Padma Sri Kreshna (JIPSK) is dedicated to improving the knowledge and practice in the field of purposive community development. It explores the community development broadly include the policy, planning, research methodologies, entrepreneurship activities. Any research, theory evaluation, and community problem examination is welcomed.
The aims of the JIPSK is to feature narrative, theoretical and empirically-based research articles,experience and reviews in anything related to community development. PSK is indexed by Google Scholar, CrossREF (DOI number) and other indexing and database. The PSK vision is to publishing scholarly empirical and theoretical research articles, which offer its authors and readers a combination of academic rigor and professional development.

Peer Review Process

Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month (four week) for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer that collaboration with PSK is the experts in the public administration area and issues around it. They were experienced in the prestigious journal management and publication that was spread around the national and abroad.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Withdrawl of Manuscripts

Author is not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, because the withdrawal is waste of valuable resources that editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscript, and works invested by the publisher.

If author still requests withdrawal of his/her manuscript when the manuscript is still in the peer-reviewing process, author will be punished with paying 200k per manuscript, as withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if accepted by another journal.

Author Guidelines

Jurnal Ilmiah Padma Sri Kreshna (JIPSK) is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Directorat Community Services Universitas Widya Mataram. It is at the national level that covers lot of common problems or issues related to the public administration sciences. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services.

Publication Ethics

1. Reporting Standards:

Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behaviour and are unacceptable.

2. Data Access:

Authors are asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review if necessary.

3. Originality and Plagiarism:

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

Journal History

The Padma Sri Kreshna Scientific Journal (JIPSK) published by the Widya Mataram University Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM UWM) contains scientific articles from various disciplines obtained from various community service activities and other applied research. The articles published in the Padma Sri Kreshna Scientific Journal include research results in scientific fields relevant to: social, education, science, sports, language, business, Agriculture, Food, Culture and Law. JIPSK was first published in 2005. Since 2019 JIPSK has used an open journal system in its publishing process.
